Coming from the client side, we have all seen too many powerpoint presentations that nothing happened with. Therefore, our strategies are always followed by a precise implementation plan. Finally, and no matter how well thought through the strategy is, adjustments and improvements should follow. But only based on facts. Therefore a plan for how to measure and follow up is part of our strategies.

Let's face it: most campaigns in the world are developed without a profound understanding of the client's business. Most often the understanding is limited to the market positioning, target group insights and the selling point definition. But how does the business make money? What's the economic engine? What are core services and what is just support? What structural advantages does the client have compared to the competitors? How does the consumers benefit from those? How can they be exposed? Questions like this are rarely understood by the marketing agencies, but Inventa believes a difference can be made with such insights. Then campaigns can be developed that are integrated with the client's products and back end services; campaigns that just not create awareness, but that guides the audience through all the way to become a loyal customer.
